Hi, I'm Emma
I'm an Operations Coach. Which is a way of saying I help founders and business leaders figure out why things aren't working, then actually change them.
I've spent 12 years in and around business operations, working across sectors, building teams, designing systems, and watching what happens when a founder's business outgrows the version of them that built it. It's a pattern I've seen a lot. It's also one I've lived.
The thing I've noticed, consistently, is that the bottleneck is almost never the business. It's the person running it. Not because they're not capable, but because the habits and patterns that got them here aren't the ones that get them to the next stage.
I work with people who are self-aware enough to know something isn't right, honest enough to hear what it is, and ready enough to do something about it.
I'm direct. I'm practical. I'll challenge you when you need it and back you when you need that instead. I don't do coach-speak, I don't do guru energy, and I won't pretend your comfort zone is a strategy.
A bit more context
I'm based in South Wales. I work with founders across the UK, mostly remotely.
I co-host a podcast called Three Founders Walk Into A... with Helen Wingrove-Sanders. I'm part of the team behind Growth Tribe, a joint programme with Tash at Tribal Empire.
I believe people are more capable than they think. I believe change is a choice. And I believe the most useful thing I can do is help you see clearly enough to make it.
What is the C Point?
The symbol in my logo is a broken delta — the sign of change. It reflects the truth that growth isn’t linear or complete; it’s an ongoing process of evolution. That openness is intentional: it represents the space for new clarity, new confidence, and new capacity to emerge.
Just like the delta, your business and leadership are always in motion. My role is to guide that change, transforming chaos into clarity and trial and error into proven systems so that you can move forward with confidence, consistency, and ease.
The C stands for Coaching first and then it depends on where you are. Which point are you at?
