What this is
Plans of Action fixes the systems. This fixes how you're leading them. Some founders need both, most need them at different times. This is for when the constraint isn't a broken process, it's the way you're showing up.
I've coached founders and team leads for the best part of a decade, everything from cashflow panic to succession planning. I also spent 12+ years running operations and finance for other people's businesses, so when you tell me something's a leadership problem, I can usually tell you if it's actually a systems problem wearing a leadership costume.

We work out what's actually going on, not the tidy version you'd give a stranger at networking.
Shift
You make the changes that were always going to be uncomfortable before they were useful.
Embed
The new way of leading becomes how you actually lead, not just how you behave when someone's watching.

Format
£700 for the full ninety-day arc.
After the ninety days, if you want to keep it going.
One sixty-minute session a month, plus three shorter check-ins in between to keep you honest while the shift actually beds in. Not a new programme, just enough contact to stop old habits creeping back in once the structure of the ninety days is gone.
It drops to £500 a month. No minimum term. Stop whenever it's done its job.
